9am - 10am: In-person Kick-off / Welcome Event (Come to location -> breakfast, coffee, juices, acai bowls)

12pm - 1pm: In-person/Virtual Guest Speaker 4
1pm - 2pm: Lunch break
2pm - 4:30pm: Lo-fi Hack time
4:30pm: Submission Deadline
4:30pm - 5pm: Shortlisting
5pm - 6pm: Final Ceremony (Prizes awarded, etc.)
